In order to govern the Condominium, an Owners' Association has been created and is known as The Grande at Angel Fire Association, Inc. ("Association"). The Association is a New Mexico nonprofit corporation and is responsible for the administration of the Condominium, including the maintenance of all improvements on the property. Once each year, the Association’s Board of Directors prepares a budget for the following year. This budget is automatically ratified and becomes the basis for the monthly dues unless, at the annual meeting of the Association membership, Owners holding a majority of votes in the Association vote to reject the budget, whether or not a quorum is present. Each Owner is automatically a member of the Association and is entitled to vote on Association matters based on the Owner’s Percentage Interest in the Condominium.
