The Developer of the Grande At Angel Fire Condominium is a vertically integrated group of companies providing Architectural, Engineering, Construction, Consulting and Property Management services.

The Principals have over 160 years of combined experience in all facets of real estate planning, design, development and construction, and hold professional engineering, architectural, construction and real estate licenses in several states.

The group is active both nationally and internationally, and is currently concentrating on development activities in the states of Florida, New Mexico and North Carolina.  Group developments include land, office, retail, industrial and residential projects. Company clients include institutional real estate investors, pension funds, insurance companies, financial institutions, and law firms. 

 Members of the team including Alex Shather, Jerry Akdoruk, Donna Holman and Richard Bingham also have vast consulting engineering, financial and construction experience.  They have assisted clients nationwide in projects' troubleshooting, building forensics investigations, failure analysis, court testimony, arbitration, feasibility studies, permit issues and building materials replacement systems.

The principals also provide consulting services to various law firms and financial institutions in matters relating to real estate loan analysis, environmental issues and building hygiene.

The Grande At Angel Fire was the primary beneficiary of the combined experience brought forth by the development team.  Every effort was made to incorporate reliable and proven building technologies, and conscious decisions were made to avoid pitfalls that more than often plague similar developments.  The result, an efficient and functional project that aims to minimize waste and reduce future maintenance and capital expenditures needs.
